• You have tried solo workouts and lost momentum within two weeks
• You want the accountability of doing this with other women
• You want direct access to Issa during the program, not just pre-recorded content
• You are ready to commit to 4 weeks of consistency
• You want to feel reconnected to your body, not just look different

Not a fit if :

• You are looking for a quick fix or weight-loss program
• You are early postpartum (under 12 weeks) — start with our Postnatal Series instead
• You cannot commit to at least 3 sessions a week for 4 weeks

A note from Rashi

We are running this cohort because the women who get the most out of The Core are the ones who do it with structure, with community, and with a clear start and end date. The regular Beginner program is open-ended, you start when you want, you go at your pace. This cohort is different. You start with other women. You finish with them. We are with you on a live call every week. Our Expert knows your name from Day 1.

Questions about Cohort 1

What if I cannot attend the live Q&A calls?

You can submit your questions in advance, we can address those personally to you.

How do I know if I am ready for the Beginner program?

If you are past 12 weeks postpartum, or never had children, or want to try a different
form of method that actually works then you are ready. If you are earlier postpartum, our
Postnatal Series is the right place to start.

Do I need equipment?

A mat and light set of weights. That is it.

What happens after Cohort 1 ends?

You graduate into the regular monthly Beginner programme at member rate (₹2,499 instead of ₹2,699).

Are there more cohorts after this?

Yes. Cohort 2 starts August 1st. Cohort 3 starts September 1st. Each capped at limited
seats.

Can I cancel?

Unfortunately, you can’t cancel our monthly programs, we have designed for results.
