The 21-day Sculpt & Core programme
Pre-recorded sessions built around the 3-2-1 method. 4 sessions a week, 20 to 30 minutes each. Focused on sculpt, tone, and deep core strength. Mat only with light weights.

Three live Q&A calls across the 21 days. Method, form, adjustments for your body. Ask anything. Cohort members only.

A structured way to rebuild your body in the right order.
Rebuild what life pulled apart. Foundational strength work targeting deep core, glutes, posture muscles.
Re-teach the body how to move. Slow, controlled, mat-based Pilates sequences focused on form over intensity.
The foundation everything sits on. Diaphragmatic breath, pelvic floor activation, nervous system reset.

We are running this cohort because the women who get the most out of The Core are the ones who do it with structure, with community, and with a clear start and end date. The regular Beginner program is open-ended, you start when you want, you go at your pace. This cohort is different. You start with other women. You finish with them. We are with you on a live call every week. Our Expert knows your name from Day 1.

If you are past 12 weeks postpartum, or never had children, or want to try a different
form of method that actually works then you are ready. If you are earlier postpartum, our
Postnatal Series is the right place to start.

Yes. Cohort 2 starts August 1st. Cohort 3 starts September 1st. Each capped at limited
seats.
