Yes. The Postnatal Series is built specifically for the first 12 months. The Beginner
programme is suitable from 12 weeks postpartum if your doctor has cleared you.
A mat. That is it. Optional light weights from Week 2 for beginner program and for
Intermediate program – Mat, light and heavy weights, Pilates ring and bands.
Yes. Our programmes are diastasis-aware. We teach you how to engage the core
safely.
