I am a two-time mom. I built The Core because I couldn't find a way back to my body that didn't feel like punishment. With Issa, we built the method I wished I had after my second baby. Questions women ask us

Is this safe postpartum?

Yes. The Postnatal Series is built specifically for the first 12 months. The Beginner
programme is suitable from 12 weeks postpartum if your doctor has cleared you.

Do I need equipment?

A mat. That is it. Optional light weights from Week 2 for beginner program and for
Intermediate program – Mat, light and heavy weights, Pilates ring and bands.

I have diastasis recti. Can I do this?

Yes. Our programmes are diastasis-aware. We teach you how to engage the core
safely.

How long until I feel results?

Most women feel the shift around Day 4. Visible posture and energy changes by Week
2.

What if I miss days?

The programme adapts. Issa designed it for real lives.

Can I cancel?

Unfortunately, you can’t cancel our monthly programs, we have designed for results.
