• Voluntary Participation

Your use of The Core services is undertaken entirely voluntarily, without any coercion, undue influence, or misrepresentation. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your decision to participate in any program and that you expressly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with such participation.

3. Medical & Health Disclaimer

You represent and warrant that you are in appropriate physical and mental condition to safely participate in physical exercise and wellness programs offered by The Core. By using our services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are participating at your own risk
• You have consulted a qualified medical professional prior to beginning any fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions
• To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, The Core, its founders, trainers, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury,

illness, complication, or adverse health outcome arising directly or indirectly from your participation in any program or use of the services.

This includes, without limitation:

• Postpartum recovery conditions
• Diastasis recti
• Hormonal imbalances
• Chronic or acute medical conditions
• Any undisclosed or unknown medical issues

4. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge, understand, and agree that participation in any fitness, wellness, or exercise program offered by The Core involves inherent and unavoidable risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical injury, illness, pain, discomfort, or other adverse health effects, whether known or unknown.

By accessing or using The Core services, you expressly agree that:

• You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with your participation in any program or activity
• You acknowledge that such risks may arise from your own actions or inactions, the nature of the activities, or other external factors beyond the control of The Core

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, you hereby waive, release, and discharge The Core, its founders, partners, trainers, employees, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the services.

5. Payments & No Refund Policy

• War, terrorism, riots, civil commotion, or labor disputes

During the continuance of a Force Majeure Event, The Core’s obligations shall be suspended to the extent affected, and The Core shall not be liable for any resulting loss or damage.
