Frequently Asked Questions
Is this right program for me?
* You've completed the Beginner Program or already have a movement base
* You want to be genuinely challenged — not just go through the motions
* You're ready to move beyond the basics and build real, visible strength
* You want a program that keeps getting harder as you get stronger
Do I need any equipment?
The Intermediate Program is mat-based strength building sessions, where you will use weights, pilates ring or a pilates ball for added resistance. All are optional — you can modify without them. You can buy from link here - Buy Now
Should I complete the Beginner Program first?
If you already have a consistent movement practice — gym, yoga, pilates, or similar — you can start here. If you're new to core training, we recommend starting with the Beginner Program first.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are 35–45 minutes. Longer than the Beginner Program because the work is more layered — but still designed to fit into a normal day.
What happens after the 3-day trial?
The trial is the first 3 days of your full program. If you've purchased, you continue straight into the rest of the month — nothing changes, no new steps.
Can I do this alongside my current workouts — gym, running, yoga?
Yes. Many members use The Core 3 times a week alongside their existing training. At this level, you'll notice the carryover into everything else you do — better control, better posture, more power from your centre.
What is the WhatsApp support?
You get direct access to our team for questions about form, progression, or anything else. Real people, not a chatbot.
What's included in the nutrition plan?
You receive a structured guide built around supporting your training — practical guidance on fueling your body for performance and recovery, not a restrictive diet.
Will I see results in one month?
At this level, most members notice a shift in how they perform in other areas — running feels easier, lifts feel more controlled, posture improves without thinking about it. One month done consistently will change how your body moves.
