Do I need any equipment?
The Beginner Program is entirely mat-based and you can use light and heavy weight dumbbells to add to the intensity if you like. All you need is a small space on the floor and comfortable clothing.
I haven't exercised in a long time. Is this really for me?
Yes — this is exactly who this program is built for. The method starts with breath and activation, not intensity. You'll never be thrown into something your body isn't ready for.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are 20–30 minutes. Designed to fit into a real day, not an ideal one.
What happens after the 3-day trial?
The trial is the first 3 days of your full program. If you've purchased, you continue straight into the rest of the month — nothing changes, no new steps.
Can I do this alongside my current workouts — gym, running, yoga?
Absolutely. Many members use The Core 2–3 times a week alongside other training. It complements everything because it works the muscles most other workouts miss.
