Frequently Asked Questions
Is this for me if I've never done Pilates before?
- You're returning to movement after months (or years) away
- You want to build real core strength, not just do crunches
- You need something you can actually fit into your day
- You've tried other programs and stopped — this one is designed to keep you consistent
Do I need any equipment?
Just a mat and a quiet corner. The 3-day trial is designed without rings or bands, and weights are optional. Most of the strength comes from your own body — that’s the point of the method. Later programs may introduce optional equipment, but nothing about your first 3 days requires anything except showing up.
I had my baby 4 years ago. Am I still considered postpartum?
Absolutely. This was built for you. The body doesn’t have a timer on when it can rebuild. Whether your delivery was 6 months or 6 years ago, the foundations — breath, deep core, and pelvic floor — respond to the same training. Many of our most committed members are several years postpartum.
I have diastasis recti. Is this safe?
Yes — when followed in the right order. The first phase of the Rebuild intentionally avoids movements that can worsen separation (no crunches or front-loaded planks early on) and focuses on breathwork and deep transverse core activation that help support healing. If you have a wider separation, we also offer a dedicated Postnatal Program through The Core Fit Postnatal Series
Is the ₹99 a discount on the program?
No. It’s a seat deposit that holds your place in the cohort and gives you access to the first 3 days. If you continue, ₹99 is credited toward your first month (₹2,699 for Beginner, ₹2,899 for Intermediate). If you decide it isn’t for you, you owe nothing further.
How does the program work if I’m in a different timezone or city?
All sessions are on-demand, so you can do them whenever fits your day.
