I’ve spent the past seven years teaching across Utah, NYC, and London, guiding movement that feels both intentional and deeply connected. Certified in yoga, sculpt, and reformer Pilates, with extensive experience teaching mat-based Pilates, my work centers around breath-led strength, thoughtful alignment, and deep core connection.
My goal is to challenge you in a way that feels both supportive and precise, combining strength, flow, and control so you leave each session feeling grounded, capable, and more at home in your body.
